1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Flowbit Studio Limited, a studio in Dublin, Ireland. Enquiries go to mayank@flowbitstudio.ie. Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. The site is not the contract
Published prices are starting prices: websites from €1,500, systems with booking and automation from €2,500, and optional ongoing help from €400 a month. A project starts when we agree the scope, the price and the timeline in writing. Until then, a form or a call is not an order.
3. What you own
On a paid project, you own the code and the hosting. Hosting is set up in an account you control and you pay the host. We do not lock the site to a subscription in order for it to stay online.
4. Demos on this website
Dashboards and sample figures on this site are illustrative. They are not client results, testimonials or promises of a number of bookings. We will not invent those.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, the chat, or the booking link. Do not attempt to break the site or scrape it in a way that degrades it for everyone else.
6. Liability
The website is information about the studio. We are not liable for decisions you make from it before a written scope exists. Nothing here limits liability that Irish law does not allow us to limit.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction.
