Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Flowbit Studio Limited ("we") is a two-person studio in Dublin, Ireland. This policy covers the website and the enquiry forms on it. Contact mayank@flowbitstudio.ie. We do not publish a phone number.

2. Cookies and similar tools

Analytics and advertising tags do not load on their own. Nothing from Google or Meta is requested until you press Accept on the banner. Decline keeps those tags unloaded. The choice is stored in your browser under the local storage key flowbit-cookie-consent. That key is not an advertising cookie.

Only after you accept

• Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-91B628LJNT), for page views and events such as a form submit or a booking click.
• Google Ads (AW-17775712630), for measuring whether an advert led to an enquiry or a booking. Conversion labels are only sent when they have been configured.
• Meta Pixel (ID 1540961653879237), for the same kind of measurement on Meta ads.

Those services can set their own cookies once loaded. You can change your mind by clearing site data for this website and choosing again.

Loaded without a choice

Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless. It counts page views for us and does not use advertising cookies, so it is not held behind the banner. The site is also hosted on Vercel.

Booking happens on book.flowbitstudio.com, which is a separate site with its own provider. This policy does not control that page.

3. What you send us

If you use the contact form or the free audit form, we receive the name, email and message you type, plus an optional website address and any extra fields you choose to fill in. There is no newsletter signup.

We email that enquiry to mayank@flowbitstudio.ie and send you a short confirmation, using Resend as the email provider. If the lead log is switched on for the hosting project, a copy is also stored so we can reply if an inbox filters the message. The log is not public.

The chat widget answers questions about the studio. Do not put secrets in it. We do not use it as a mailing list.

4. Why we use it

• To reply to an enquiry or an audit request.
• To measure, only after consent, whether the site and any ads produce enquiries and bookings.
• To keep the site reliable.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for a reply.

5. Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you can withdraw consent for analytics and ads by declining cookies and clearing stored site data. Email mayank@flowbitstudio.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We do not run a separate cookie policy. This section is the cookie notice.
