Data the app collects

There are no accounts. There are no analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking SDKs. The app declares no tracking and no collected data types.

iCloud and Apple Watch

Favourites, played songs and listening-time records sync through your iCloud account with CloudKit.

On Apple Watch, favourites arrive through the link to the iPhone. They do not sync to the Watch through iCloud.

Services the app contacts

From your device, Faders contacts these services.

  • The station stream you choose to play.
  • Radio Browser (radio-browser.info), to search for stations and to send a play-count click.
  • Apple ShazamKit, to identify the song.
  • Apple iTunes Search, to fetch artwork for the song title and artist.
  • Broadcaster now-playing APIs, for what is playing now: the BBC, RTÉ, Planet Radio, Triton and Radio.co.
  • Apple Music, only if you choose to save a song to a playlist and give permission.
  • Apple StoreKit, for the Faders Plus purchase.
  • iCloud via CloudKit, which syncs favourites, played songs and listening-time records. On Apple Watch, favourites arrive through the iPhone link, not through iCloud.

Purchases

Faders Plus is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, shared with Family Sharing. Apple processes it through StoreKit.

If you email us

Your rights

The app declares no collected data types, so there is no app profile to access, correct or delete. Deleting the app removes what is stored on the device. iCloud data can be removed from iCloud settings.

If you have emailed us, you can ask us to delete that message. Email support@labnest.ie.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page and the date above change with it.
